·      As a representative of the Ministry of Agriculture, attended to the many meeting in different countries (USA, Germany, Afghanistan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Dubai, France, Palestine, Georgia, Netherlands, England, Ireland, Iran, Israel, Sweden, Italy, Cyprus, Lithuania, Hungary, Egypt, Norway, Syria, Greece) and in Turkey related to the collaboration of the veterinary services.

·      He has experience in international relations, Project Preparation and Execution, Agriculture and Livestock Services, Education and Planning, Animal Health, Epidemiology, Food Control.

·      He prepared many professional reports, conducted technical feasibility studies, published a local magazine, and published articles in various magazines. He retired in January 2007 as the Director of the Epidemiology and Information Section.
